Room Hire

MAIN LOUNGE
The Java Lounge is available for hire during the evenings after 6:30pm Mon - Thu, and 7:30pm on Fri & Saturday.
It is an ideal venue for corporate and private events of all kinds. The lounge can accommodate up to 60 people. Rates vary according to catering requirements

PRIVATE MEETING ROOM
The "Wright Room" is an informal meeting area suitable for interviews, entertaining clients or corporate management meetings. This private room can accommodate up to ten people in a relaxed but professional environment. Java offers complimentary Wi-Fi access for all users whilst sipping your handmade coffee.

OFF PEAK RATES
0800 -1130 & 1430-1830   £40 per hour

PEAK RATES
11:30 - 14:30                      £75 per hour

DAY RATE 
0800-1830                           £265

All rates include complimentary filter coffee and Wi-Fi access.

EXTRAS

FOOD
We offer buffet menus from £7.50/person. Example menu selections are available on request

STAFF
When hiring the whole lounge 3 waiting on staff are included additional staff are available at £15/hr per staff member

ALCOHOL
The Java Lounge is not licenced, but we charge a corkage fee if patrons wish to supply their own alcohol for an event.

IT EQUIPMENT
Presentation equipment costs available on request
